My sweet baby girl with her new glasses. Sara is nearsighted, and we hope and pray that she outgrows it eventually. In the meantime, Dr. Marty said it would be best for her developing eyes if she wears glasses for reading.

This is a poinsettia that I bought last Christmas. I put it outside when we got Jacob, the Puggle, because I read that they are poisonous to dogs. I figured it would just die, but it has thrived! Amazing what sunlight and water can do for a plant...
Our patio cherry tomato plant is doing well, despite being blown over my stormy winds a few times.
